Cellular Concrete is the perfect solution for your next project.

A carefully crafted mixture of cement, water & preformed foam, it is capable of being pumped in up to 20' lifts and pumped thousands of feet in a single pour. It can be accurately mixed to a wide range of densities from 125 pcf to 25 pcf and can be pumped into any void.

Cellular Concrete is the new alternative to flowable fill.

CellFill℠ Process

There are two types of cellular concrete foaming agents, closed cell and open cell. CellFill℠ , LLC primarily uses a closed-cell foam product that weighs less than 62.4 pcf (e.g. it floats).

CellFill℠ Applications

Our main goal is to provide a fast and efficient filling experience that exceeds your expectations on timeliness, cost savings and logistical planning.

The CellFill Difference

1

Quality assurance

It can be pumped over long distances without the added cost of a pumper truck, eliminating labor costs associated with placing traditional flowable fill. Cellular concrete is an excellent modern green material for use in everyday construction with a relatively low carbon footprint.

2

Unmatched Pump speed

We pump at rates up to 150 cu yds/hr in up to 13’ lifts. We are fully insured and our teams are properly trained to handle on-the-job obstacles quickly and professionally.

3

Turn-key solution

Once the fill is complete, our team leader will meet with the on-site contractor representative to assure the job is done to your satisfaction. We leave the jobsite as clean as when we arrived.

4

Long run lengths

Can be pumped over long distances without the added cost of a pumper truck, eliminating labor costs associated with placing traditional flowable fill. Our longest fill is a 36 in pipe for 2.5 miles.

5

Real-time data

Material is placed at high rates and high daily volumes (up to 150 cu yd/hour). This reduces the associated costs in traffic control, supervision, dewatering and any other support service that may be reduced by completing the job quicker.

6

Cellular structure uniformity

Material is placed at high rates and high daily volumes (up to 150 cu yd/hour). This reduces the associated costs in traffic control, supervision, dewatering and any other support service that may be reduced by completing the job quicker.

Client Testimonials

I’ve known CellFill℠ owner James Diver for 18 years and he has always been ingenuitive and at the forefront of lightweight concrete design and testing. I’d recommend him for any cellular concrete project no matter the size or complexity.

Thomas Graham, PE, QSTI

Director of Education, Air Hygiene Inc.

I work closely with the CellFill℠ team as a product representative, marketing the company and the product to engineers, counties, municipalities, and owners in the state of Oklahoma. Every time I mention CellFill℠ to my clients, their interest is immediately piqued. Almost every designer or specifier has an immediate use and application for cellular concrete, and when I talk about the company and the owner’s passion for the product, the specifiers are immediately sold. Marketing CellFill℠ and working with the company has been one of the best business decisions I’ve ever made!

Sarah Kellert, PE

Owner, Kellert Consulting LLC

CellFill’s value of services in relation to cost is excellent. James and his team are very professional and efficient.

Mary Jane Green

Project Engineer, Explorer Pipeline Company

The experience of working with CellFill was excellent. Good company to work with and didn’t require a lot of “hand-holding”.

Terry Roller

Owner, T-G Excavating, Inc.

We were happy to demo the use of this product under our bridge abutments. It is a problem we encounter in the maintenance of our bridges. James’s crew was quick to identify problems with the process, correct them, and finish the project with great results. We look forward to using it in this manner in the future.
